Front of House Manager

Job Description: As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the work of employees, assisting with training, and maintaining a consistently elevated level of customer service across all departments.

The role encompasses operational responsibility for the cinema location, including adherence to all operating procedures and maintaining an understanding of company policies & procedures.

You will also be responsible for monitoring on-screen presentation, addressing any issues, and performing administrative tasks proficiently. Maintaining current knowledge of campaigns and events in each department is essential to ensure effective management and adherence to set time limits.

  • Supervise employees at levels 1, 2, 3 and 4
  • Assist with training levels 1, 2, 3 and 4
  • Monitor and maintain on-screen presentation
  • Perform administrative tasks proficiently
  • Maintain current knowledge of campaigns and events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Cinema Worker Level 3 or 4 with supervisory experience
  • Retail, Food and Beverage, Cash Handling experience
