Essential Qualities:

  • Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or Senior management experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding outcomes and creating amazing customer experiences.
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience.
  • Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing your team.
