To succeed, you'll need excellent leadership skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to inspiring and motivating your team. You'll also build strong partnerships with your store Optometrist and identify opportunities for growth.
Essential Qualities:
- Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or Senior management experience in a retail environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding outcomes and creating amazing customer experiences.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience.
- Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing your team.
