
Digital Sales Growth Leader

This role involves leading and driving e-commerce sales growth through optimisation of digital content, leveraging insights, and data-driven analyses to drive sustainable growth for the business.
The eCommerce Trade Manager will collaborate with senior leaders to define and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth. The focus is on driving user engagement, conversion, and a seamless customer journey online and offline.
Main Responsibilities:- Website Content Management: Ensure website content is relevant, engaging, and drives conversions.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement digital marketing plans for app and web platforms, aligning with Go-To-Market (GTM) objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Review user engagement metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- eCommerce Performance Analysis: Analyse key eCommerce metrics to inform merchandising decisions and enhance sales performance.
- Tech and Product Development: Identify and resolve issues related to merchandising and promotions, ensuring optimal customer experience.
- Campaign Implementation: Plan, execute, and measure activities from the marketing calendar, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and Team Development: Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: High degree of collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects and campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Problem-Solving and Self-Management: Strong problem-solving and self-management skills.
