Job Description

The Analytics and Digital Sales Overlay is responsible for driving sales growth across the ANZ market. This role will be the primary driver of sales for NICE's innovative Analytics & Digital solutions, identifying and building customer relationships, playbooks, and reference materials to push the product to mainstream direct sales.

This position will manage the entire sales process from targeting opportunities to closure, including leading the sale, defining and implementing account strategy, and leveraging internal resources such as coordinating engineering and support efforts for the account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across the ANZ market
  • Identify and build customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with VP, CIO, and CEO levels
  • Accurate monthly forecasting
Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing complex software sales and marketing projects
  • Experience in the Software & technology industries with particular skills in entrepreneurial environments selling new/innovative products
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach to selling with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence with a preference for autonomy
