Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital expertise into client relationships, driving strategic planning and proactive engagement.
- Develop tailored digital strategies that align with client objectives, enhancing satisfaction through data-driven insights.
- Act as the digital subject matter expert, guiding best practices and leading by example.
- Monitor and analyse digital sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth through collaborative efforts.
- Provide feedback to Client Product teams to refine offerings and support product development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital sales or sales engineering roles is essential, backed by a solid technical background in digital technologies and platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members through effective communication and collaboration.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, account management, or customer success, is highly valued.
