Lead the Way at SkyPoint

We are seeking experienced and passionate Team Leaders to guide our team in delivering an exceptional SkyPoint experience in our Food & Beverage and Events department.

About the Role

This part-time (PT30) leadership role offers a unique opportunity to expand your leadership skills in the hospitality and events industry. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and directing the workflow of our team members, interacting and connecting with our guests, and ensuring consistent and effective leadership and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous leadership experience within a similar high-volume events or hospitality environment;
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding guest service experience;
  • Ability to lead by example, train, coach and motivate and engage team members at the frontline;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Experience working with POS Database Systems and competent cash handling/management;
  • Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks;
  • Availability to be rostered across five days flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved.
