We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SkyPoint Kitchen Hand to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional standards of cleanliness and venue presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Chefs and Food & Beverage team members in our fast-paced, high volume Events, Buffet and Bistro & Bar Kitchens.
  • Provide a high standard of Food & Beverage operation with particular attention to productivity, presentation, and hygiene practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate proven reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate well-developed communication and customer service skills.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team while displaying high levels of initiative.
  • Demonstrate and uphold exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
  • Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks.
