
Channel Development Expert

The primary goal of this role is to establish and maintain effective partnerships with resellers across diverse platforms.
This includes fostering collaboration, providing necessary support, and ensuring seamless integration of Oolio's offerings into the reseller network.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of partner management principles, account relationships, and channel development strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a central point of contact for resellers, addressing their sales, onboarding, training, and support inquiries in a timely manner
- Nurturing trusted relationships with each reseller through reliable communication, empathy, and proactive support
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as support, onboarding, product, legal, and finance, to provide comprehensive assistance to resellers
- Developing and implementing training programs and product enablement activities to ensure resellers are well-equipped to sell the Oolio suite
- Assisting resellers in navigating commercial and operational processes, including PO submission, pricing queries, and deal workflows
