Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Affiliates Executive to join our team in Sydney. As an integral part of our ecommerce consultancy and marketplace acceleration team, you will execute the Affiliates channel across a range of ecommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload offers to platforms, negotiate and maintain relationships with partners
  • Coordinate campaign activity, analyze performance, generate reports, and deliver end-of-month summaries
  • Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs
  • Assist the Senior Affiliates Manager to develop Pattern's Affiliates product offering in line with best in class

Requirements:

  • Skilled execution of the Affiliates channel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
