
Channel Leadership Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Channel Manager to lead our efforts in developing and executing strategic partner engagement plans. This is an exciting opportunity to transform the cybersecurity landscape by building strong relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow major channel partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance partner enablement, incentives, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel efforts with business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to leadership.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS or channel sales, with a focus on cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven success managing executive-level partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ partner and distribution landscape, with experience in a 2-tier model preferred.
- Excellent business planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Distributors, VARs, GSIs, and MSSPs.
- A track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree (2:1 or equivalent); fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
