Channel Management Leader

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing channel operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of channel strategy, management, and operations, as well as experience in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability through effective channel management.
  • Conduct market analysis and insights to inform channel decisions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and evaluate channel performance, including layout strategy, incentive structures, marketing policies, customer reporting regulations, and rules against cross-regional sales/low-price competition.
  • Participate in planning, reviewing, and managing channel marketing activities to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies to minimize channel-related risks.
  • Plan and organize training and empowerment programs for channel partners to enhance their capabilities and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel operation; candidates with experience in the photovoltaic industry are preferred.
  • Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and self-motivation; ability to work independently and take calculated risks.
  • Working proficiency in English and Mandarin language skills.
