Your daily responsibilities as a Woolworths Group Store Manager
You will motivate, guide, and nurture your team to meet targets and excel in their roles, utilizing both established business programs and your own creative initiatives. You will champion a customer-focused, safety-oriented environment with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement. You will oversee and assign daily tasks related to inventory control, store upkeep, and team management, with a keen focus on driving sales and meeting financial objectives. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to cultivate an outstanding experience for both customers and team members, as monotony is not an option here. You will identify and act on growth prospects, business goals, and key performance metrics. You will ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. This position is ideal for someone with flexible scheduling capabilities, ready to work early mornings, daytime shifts, and late evenings on a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
