Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 12 or more staff members to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure seamless service delivery, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Demonstrate firm but fair leadership, setting high standards for performance and inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best.
  • Stock Management: Utilize your knowledge in stock management to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall business success and achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven Management Experience: Proven management experience in a food and beverage setting, with a strong track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Stock Management: Excellent knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
  • Operational Knowledge: Hands-on experience with floor operations and running the floor during peak hours.
