- Cultivate strong customer relationships through personalized interactions and proactive follow-up.
- Understand and execute on individual Annual Net Sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling skills.
- Learn and implement best practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
