The Role

As a Fine Jewelry Client Advisor, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients seeking exquisite jewelry pieces. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and desires to offer personalized recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for showcasing the company's offerings, presenting detailed product information, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality is essential as you handle valuable and precious items. Your goal is to exceed client expectations, fostering long-term loyalty and establishing the company as a trusted destination for fine jewelry.

Skills & Experience
