Key Responsibilities:
  1. The Assistant Boutique Manager will meet personal targets in accordance with brand strategy, transforming corporate objectives into actionable goals.
  2. They will discuss business opportunities and action plans with prospects, acting as manager-on-duty when the boutique manager is absent.
  3. The successful candidate will support the boutique manager in integrating and training new and existing team members, and assist in timely implementation of new visual merchandising concepts.
  4. They will also ensure accurate and genuine relationship building with customers, handling client complaints and reporting to the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
  5. Coordination of individual repairs and after-sales related matters with Sales Administrators will be another key responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • A 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations are essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 3 years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
  • Critical thinking skills and solution-oriented thinking are required, along with initiative, conscientiousness, and ability to follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
  • Flexibility to change and adaptiveness in work responsibilities are also essential, as is strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Having a 'team player' spirit and ability to work well within a group/team dynamic are must-haves for this role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Secondary language proficiency is a plus.
