Job Title

Civil Design Specialist needed for urban, land and subdivision projects in Perth, Western Australia.

This role is ideal for experienced civil designers who have worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for councils, local government, main roads, or developers.

About the Role

  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)

  • Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients

  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions

  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software

  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
