Urban Land Planning Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Land Planning Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As part of our Community Development team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software, interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients, and interfacing with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

  • Developing innovative urban land planning solutions for multi-disciplined civil projects.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

  • Communicating effectively with clients regarding project needs and requirements.

  • Staying up-to-date with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • Senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions.

  • Demonstrated experience using 12D software.

  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
