Job Title:

Civil Designer for Urban Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and its surroundings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure).

You will interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients, and interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

You will also interact with clients regarding project needs, and demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years' experience in senior civil designer roles
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
