Job Description

  • As a specialist in customer relationship management, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience, Product, Branch and Call Centre teams to develop tailored customer journeys and contact strategies.

You will work on building deep customer relationships by executing targeted campaigns that address the customer lifecycle and their financial motivations. This involves:

  • Developing and delivering a customer marketing strategy to drive meaningful interactions.
  • Managing end-to-end customer journey communication plans, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Designing and implementing a Customer Marketing program that incorporates best practice design principles, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Translating data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior and developing strategic engagement programs.
  • Ensuring compliance, regulatory, and legal requirements are met through thorough approval processes.
  • Setting, monitoring, and reviewing campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Implementing test and learn plans, followed by post-campaign analysis to drive better value and conversion.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of one-to-one marketing strategies for Credit Card, Personal Loan, and Business customers, optimizing results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer marketing, campaign management, data-driven, or loyalty marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or a similar tertiary qualification.
  • Adobe or Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
  • Financial Services or insurance background is highly regarded.
