Senior Technical Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Strategist to lead our customer delivery teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading digital transformation projects, developing business proposals, and implementing mission-critical initiatives. They will also be comfortable working with various stakeholders, including customers, leadership teams, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital transformation projects for Australian clients, leveraging technical expertise to drive strategic conversations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, aligning with customer goals and objectives.
  • Partner with customers' leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement CI/CD workflows, container platforms, and automated SDLC processes.
  • Assist organisations with migrating workloads to public cloud IaaS and PaaS platforms, including OpenShift, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in a senior technical role, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a focus on cloud computing, automation, and CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
