We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our customers on their journey to success, reducing churn, and identifying growth opportunities that deliver measurable value.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Bld strong, long-lasting relationships with your client portfolio
- Develop strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to amplify customer voices
- Contribute to the evolution of our Customer Success playbook
Your Requirements
- At least 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- SaaS or tech industry experience is beneficial
