Job Title: Senior Account Strategist

As a Senior Account Strategist, you will be responsible for generating clinical demand for our renal metabolic products within key accounts. This involves promoting the product in complex clinical environments.

The ideal candidate will have prior pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong understanding of AZ's overall value proposition, including new product indications, efficacy and safety data. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve understanding and acceptance of our products at a local level.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of our products among all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans, analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally in science, health or business.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to think strategically.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project leadership and the ability to think creatively.
  • Key account management experience in renal metabolic, particularly with successful product launches.
