**Job Description:**

The Corporate Operations Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate workplace environment, covering four sites across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Manage two direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them excel in their roles.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractor performance, assist with vendor procurement processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operations Optimization: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget optimization to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain premises in excellent condition, provide reception support, coordinate kitchen operations, consumables, and meeting room bookings.
  • Risk Management: Support property risk management, business continuity planning, and follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service focus with professional yet friendly corporate presentation.
  • Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Communication: Confident communication with all stakeholder levels from executives to contractors.
  • Security Clearance: Current NV1 security clearance (or willingness to obtain and maintain).
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving capabilities with flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
