**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Workplace Experience Lead to deliver exceptional workplace experiences onsite. As the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and drive engagement initiatives.
About the Role
This role involves managing front-of-house operations, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, implementing client engagement strategies, and coordinating events, activations, and site tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional workplace experiences
- Manage internal communications to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
- Interface with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants; ensure operational requirements are met, addressing concerns and maintaining health and safety standards
