You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and drive engagement initiatives.
The position interfaces with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants, to maintain consistent service delivery across the portfolio.Snapshot of the roleDeliver exceptional workplace experiencesServe as primary point of contact for staff and visitors, managing front-of-house operationsOversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and proceduresImplement and drive client engagement strategies and operational experience initiativesCoordinate and support events, activations, and site toursMeeting room managementManage internal communications to enhance workplace culture and employee engagementInterface with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants; ensure operational requirements are met, addressing concerns and maintaining health and safety standardsWhat we are looking forWe\'re seeking a strong communicator with a passion for quality and attention to detail.
