Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The successful candidate will join our APAC People team, covering the full remit of employee experience. Key responsibilities include working as part of a high-performing team in support of regional people strategy focused on business operations in Sydney and Melbourne.

In this role, you will build strong partnerships with business leaders to help coach and advise on all people-related matters and strategy. You will also be the point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers are provided with necessary support.

You will have opportunities to coach, develop, and mentor leaders within the business to help build team management capabilities. Additionally, you will respond to managers and employees on a range of queries covering policies, systems, immigration, and benefits.

A key aspect of this role is leading regional implementation of all key global processes and initiatives, including engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and performance management processes. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure quality candidate selection.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as required. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in a human resources business partnering role.

Key skills and qualifications include excellent organizational skills, ability to work autonomously, and prioritize tasks according to agreed deadlines. A solid understanding of employment law and best practices in Australia is essential. You will be detail-oriented and quality-focused, with excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
