We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
This role involves maintaining accurate guest accounts, attending to incoming calls and maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality service to guests during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
- Attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintain strict security procedures, ensuring guest confidentiality and safety.
- Experience in a front office environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' and delight our guests.
- Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral & written.
- Candidate with a valid manual driver's license preferred.
