Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times.
- Deliveries and Parking: Ensure all guest deliveries are received and delivered effectively and efficiently, and assist with parking and delivering of guest cars from the valet parking.
- Luggage Assistance: Assist our guests with moving of luggage, ensuring their belongings are safely transported to their destination.
- Experience: Have experience with high volume and preferably luxury service, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Have the availability and flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday, including early mornings, late nights, and public holidays.
- Licenses: Hold a full and open manual driver's license, with knowledge of Brisbane and the ability to recommend great things to see and do for our guests.
