The role of Assistant Manager at AccorHotel is a dynamic and challenging position that requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of operational departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage rosters, costings, and forecasting to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Guest Service Agents and Porters, promoting strong succession planning and career advancement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Front Office and guest satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall hotel operations, including Food and Beverage services.
  • Take ownership of guest requests, demonstrating proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, and setting a positive example for other team members.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members, adhering to AccorHotel's high standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the entire guest experience, from reservation to departure, delivering personalized and memorable experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including large-scale airline crew movements.
  • Proficiency in Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, with experience in senior first aid and manual driving licenses.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business.
