
Key Territory Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strive to meet and surpass sales targets and market share in your designated territory.
- Manage deals and transactions in accordance with agreed wholesale deals and discretionary funds guidelines.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and implement activities advised by the National Accounts team.
- Enhance in-store presence through effective use of promotional materials.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to line management, offering valuable field insights.
Requirements:
- FMCH sales or retail pharmacy experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-managed and motivated individual with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to plan and organize effectively, with a willingness to adopt change and juggle multiple priorities.
