Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading entire proposal generation activities between pursue and contract award for all defence and security opportunities within the region. In collaboration with the capture team, you will ensure that executive summaries, commercial, past performance, technical, and management volumes accurately reflect the proposed solution and winning strategy for bids.

This role will involve presenting medium to high level of complexity solutions and governance. You will work closely with multiple business units across different stages of bid proposals and define mid to long term strategies for future bids including outsourcing, off-shoring, and partnership opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a high-tech industry
  • Result-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Proven experience in defence is ideal, especially within training
  • Previous experience in government proposal writing
