We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Institutional Banking Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our Institutional Banking clients.
As an Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing their Transaction Banking queries and needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver Transaction Banking solutions, providing critical risk management and controls to maintain and enhance client and business partner assets and reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to Institutional Banking clients
- Manage client queries and needs, escalating complex issues to senior team members
- Work closely with the team to deliver Transaction Banking solutions, including Corporate Cards, Corporate Accounts, Transactional Accounts, Payments, Merchant Services, and CommBiz
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, industry, and long-term strategies
- Contribute to the team's success by leveraging strong knowledge and understanding of transactional banking solutions
- Adaptive and flexible to changing business and client needs
- Demonstrable attention to detail and understanding of risk mitigation and control issues
- Judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think ahead and anticipate questions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share information and ideas with others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with Transactional Banking products or services, or transferable skills from Branch Banking, Everyday Banking, Business Banking, Merchants, or Direct Banking environments
