Customer Banking Specialist Relief

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banking Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane City & Inner North Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and provide personalized solutions to their banking needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and ensure seamless banking experiences.
- Provide relief support to branches within the area, including travel to other locations as required.
- Assist customers with using our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient banking experience.
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or appointment with a specialist.
- Adhere to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions.
- Engage with customers through community events and fundraising activities, promoting the Bank's commitment to social responsibility.
- Ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions, acting with integrity and placing the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Passion for service excellence and ability to work independently, referring customers to other specialist team members as needed.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercial, and driven retail environment, seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions.
- Genuine passion for the customer and commitment to doing the right thing to ensure customer needs are met.
