Childcare Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, coordinating day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service to parents and visitors.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and possess the ability to prioritise different workloads.
Key Responsibilities- Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and organised front desk area.
- Process enrolments, bookings, fees, and attendance records accurately and efficiently.
- Manage wait-lists and maintain accurate records through Trio operations record management.
- Coordinate centre tours for families.
- Current Blue Card
- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- A current working with children check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, competent with Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to prioritise different workloads and manage a busy environment with a positive attitude
- Beneficial to have relevant childcare qualifications
