Job Title: Operational Service Delivery Manager

The role of the Operational Service Delivery Manager is crucial in ensuring high-quality service provision to clients with an intellectual disability.

This leadership position plays a vital role in driving operational excellence and achieving outstanding results through effective service delivery.

  • Develop, manage, and implement operational service delivery models, participating in the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans that align with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about legislative requirements, departmental policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
  • Apply human resource management principles, including Workplace Health and Safety, to create a safe working environment that fosters growth and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and management to operational service delivery staff, facilitating team meetings and workshops to achieve high-quality support for FDS clients.
  • Identify and organize training opportunities to improve service delivery, monitoring staff training needs and providing constructive feedback for development.
  • Conduct performance assessments and implement Professional Development Agreements (PDAs) with staff, leading performance and conduct improvement processes as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, clients, and healthcare professionals, to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review client assessments, habilitation programs, and transition plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Lead crisis response efforts, conducting incident reviews and providing post-incident support to staff.
