**About the Role**

The Service Operations team is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service desk, desktop support, and delivery functions ensuring top-tier technology support for our users. You will be instrumental in delivering quality customer-focused support services and enhancing our Service Desk Platform, while leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional service support. With a focus on delivering measurable service experiences, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service operations, making a meaningful impact on our organisation and its users.

This integral role of the Service Delivery Manager embodies dedication as a people-focused leader, maintaining a holistic perspective that encompasses people, ongoing operations and future outlook.
