Role Overview
As the Automation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily functions of a large-scale automated Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC). Your primary goal will be to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance, focusing on safety, throughput, cost management, and profitability.
- Manage the site’s profit and loss (P&L), implementing continuous improvements to enhance results annually.
- Lead the development of strategies, target setting, and performance enhancement initiatives across the CFC.
- Support the implementation of innovative solutions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate sustainable business continuity planning and management.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will be a passionate operational leader with strong relationship-building skills, capable of fostering a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture. You should have proven experience managing a diverse team across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operational environment. Key qualifications include:
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or large-scale supply chain leadership.
- A track record of successful operational delivery and team development in a high-visibility operational area.
- Experience in a highly regulated operational environment.
