About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at ASICS. As a key member of our Retail Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing all retail execution activities through consolidated communication and calendaring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retail Communications: Develop materials to ensure clear direction on promotional activities, engage key stakeholders on promotional activities/campaigns, establish and maintain procedure documentation and team communications.
  • Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate retail operations to achieve clarity in building executional excellence, support in executing operational excellence for our DTC teams, and assist with identifying opportunities to drive performance.
  • Information Management: Maintain information mapping standards across the business, maintain the annual retail operating calendar, and proactively communicate upcoming events and activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers, and assist with maintenance and consumables as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
