About the Role

Our Sales Consultants play a vital role in creating a remarkable Freedom experience for every customer. As a Part-time Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find beautiful things for their homes by inspiring them with your product knowledge and tailoring your service to bring their design ideas to life.

You'll be exceeding sales targets through creative selling, teamwork, following up on customer quotes, and upselling. You'll also partner with our in-house Interior Decorator to capitalise on sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, sales, customer service, or a passion for design. Your contribution will include:

  • Inspiring customers with your Freedom product knowledge
  • Exceeding sales targets through creative selling
  • Partnering with our Interior Decorator
  • Assisting with other duties around the store

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a successful candidate, you'll have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work as part of a team, and a keen eye for detail.
