About the Role

The successful applicant will be a Clinical Nurse with a strong background in aged care and a passion for leadership. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical care and supervising a team of registered nurses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the completion of comprehensive assessments, care plans and reviews
  • Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff
  • Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes
  • Participate in the completion of audits, analyse trends and implement action plans

About You

  • Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse
  • Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse, Nurse in Charge or Clinical Nurse is essential
