We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in oncology nursing practice
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and staff
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to oncology care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or higher
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in oncology nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
