Key Responsibilities
  • Work with industry partners to support the clinical supervision of nurse practitioner students.
  • Design innovative and effective curriculum that reflects developing best practice nationally and internationally.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to others in subject or course level curriculum design and development and delivery of teaching.
  • Contribute to building a culture that values excellence in teaching within La Trobe.
Requirements
  • Completed an endorsed nurse practitioner master's degree; and recognised significant experience in the discipline area.
  • Hold current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Current or recent participation in clinical practice as a nurse practitioner.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development and subject coordination in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
