Project Overview:

A key role is available for an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee the management of contracts for a major commercial project in Canberra.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of contract law principles, industry-specific acts, codes, and regulations, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare comprehensive subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, and progress claims.
  2. Collaborate with external stakeholders to review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
  3. Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims, and facilitate RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
  4. Administer the project HSE system and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.

Requirements:
