About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to support end-to-end commercial management across active projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontracts, scopes, and procurement effectively.
  • Prepare and process variations, RFIs, EOTs, and progress claims in a timely manner.
  • Monitor cost control, forecasting, and monthly reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review drawings, specs, and contract conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Maintain document control and QA using systems such as Procore, Aconex, or Jobpac.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CA with a Tier 2 builder.
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of head contracts and subcontract law.
  • Confident communicator who can drive outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, or similar platforms.
