About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team at Helprise. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Process Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement processes, including identifying needs, developing technical specifications and requirements, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contract terms, evaluating suppliers, and monitoring their performance.
  2. Market Analysis: Track market trends, assess product/service availability, analyze prices and supplier competitiveness, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and optimize procurement processes.
  3. Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, including conducting trade negotiations, managing contracts and agreements, monitoring delivery schedules, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  4. Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement costs, develop cost-saving strategies, identify areas for cost optimization, conduct price negotiations, and manage the procurement budget.
  5. Risk Management and Compliance: Monitor compliance with procurement regulations and procedures, identify supplier-related risks, develop quality control plans, manage supplier risk, and ensure legal compliance.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work within a procurement team, collaborating with other departments such as finance, controlling, logistics, and legal, providing procurement support, and actively participating in projects.
  7. Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare procurement reports, analyze procurement data, monitor procurement performance, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a procurement or related role.
  3. Knowledge of contract law and the ability to negotiate contracts.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  5. Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
