Brand Development Lead

- Brand Strategy:
Develop and deliver the Montu Brands product portfolio strategy in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
Identify growth opportunities for the Montu's product portfolio and stay on top of market trends through competitor analysis.
Create a brand development plan that aligns with business objectives and ensures consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Brand Development and Product Launch:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new brands, including visual identity, brand messaging, packaging, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate and deliver product launch training to sales and clinical teams, ensuring they understand the unique value proposition of the brand.
Responsible for communicating the brand's story and engaging audiences across different touchpoints, including digital, print, and events.
Craft clear and compelling brand messaging and unique value propositions to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Campaign Management:
End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting a clinical audience, including digital, print, webinar, podcast, and events.
Collaborate with the clinical team and medical writers to develop educational programs that increase prescribing.
Run training sessions for General Practitioners (GPs) representatives, Key Account Managers, and clinical teams on Montu Brands.
Evaluate campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize brand strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management:
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, adhering to project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Escalate any potential roadblocks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed of project status and updates.
- Marketing Collateral Creation:
Work with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials, including eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and digital assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collateral.
Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand tone of voice and resonate with the target audience.
- Event Management:
Identify event opportunities and project manage events with the PR team, providing brand support for all events.
Measure the success of brand/product-related events and make recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as a product/brand manager, GP healthcare marketing experience essential.
Proven experience developing marketing plans that generate growth.
Proven expertise in crafting new brand identities, encompassing messaging and packaging development.
Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and campaigns.
Exceptional project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrable ongoing professional development in the field of brand management.
