About the Role:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans to deliver brand growth and achieve key targets, with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
  • Lead brand campaigns and innovation initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and drive equity, leveraging your commercial acumen and deep brand engagement skills.
  • Manage brand performance, including P&L, budgets, and adherence to brand identity and positioning, showcasing your ability to manage and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes, demonstrating your leadership skills with a focus on team development and resource optimization.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering development and growth within the team.
