Are you an experienced marketing leader with a passion for creating impactful brand strategies?

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution of dynamic brand campaigns that drive market growth. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain a strong brand presence while ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that elevate product positioning in competitive markets.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Work with product development, R&D, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with key business objectives and product offerings.
  • Use market research and data-driven insights to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize brand performance.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including launches, line extensions, and end-of-life strategies.
  • Drive successful product launches and ensure effective market entry strategies that align with consumer needs.
  • Mentor and lead junior brand managers and marketing teams to achieve high performance and alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Experience with complex product categories is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies that drive market growth.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across product, medical, regulatory, and commercial departments.
  • Passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns and finding new ways to engage customers.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
