Job Title: Junior Workforce Planner

We are seeking a Junior Workforce Planner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores' appointments run smoothly by managing and organizing the schedules of our optometrists within OPSM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and balance optometrists' availability with OPSM clinic demands
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate effectively with Professional Services Manager & Area Eyecare Managers
  • Manage State and National Relief Teams
  • Minimize locum usage in regional and remote locations across ANZ
  • Manage optometry annual leave balances

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Prior experience using an Employee Payroll System
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
